Because we specialize exclusively in fresh, perishable, and custom-cut meat, our shipping and delivery protocols are designed to maintain a strict cold chain and guarantee maximum freshness.

We currently provide localized delivery and on-farm pickup. To ensure your items arrive perfectly fresh, we follow a strict dispatch schedule.

1. Delivery Zones & Fulfillment Schedule

Meat are processed on Fridays and delivered on Saturdays and Sundays. Because we want to make sure we are serving all our customers, we expect all orders to be place before Friday morning.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Schedule

• Rates: We currently offer free delivery. We try to avoid toll roads  to customers destination to avoid charging toll fees

• Schedules: Orders are packed in specialized temperature-controlled insulation. You will receive a notification via email or text with tracking details and an estimated delivery window once your order leaves our facility.

3. Crucial: Perishable Goods Attendance Policy

Because our products are highly perishable, someone must be available to receive the delivery during your scheduled window. * Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to accept the delivery, our drivers or carriers will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or returned to prevent spoilage.
